We offer a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

  • Sale/discounted items, seasonal items, accessories, and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will receive store credit for the price of the item(s).
