Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during holidays, high order volume, or due to carrier issues that are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wild Dallas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wild Dallas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
